Courageous Coaching Skills Program Flow and Agenda

The coaching skills program includes a 12-14-hour workshop plus 4 follow-up group sessions.

The program may be held over:

  • two (2) consecutive days (best for off-sites)

  • three (3) partial days (best for virtual)

The program may be offered either:

  • virtually over zoom

  • in person - either on your site or as an off-site

Class Size:

  • optimum 10-15 participants

  • 20 participants max

    • Understanding Coaching

    • Learn the roles of both the Coach and Coachee

    • Reviewing Coachability

    • Learn an effective, easy to use coaching model

    • Watch a practice coaching session

    • Practice Coaching - using simulations

    • Learn about Emotional Intelligence related to coaching

    • Review the concepts of Team and Group Coaching

    • Application of coaching back at the workplace

    • Peer Coaching - using real-life situations

    • Establishing a culture of coaching

    • Outline a positive workplace plan

  • 4 Virtual group follow-up sessions where we reinforce the learning and help to answer additional questions.

  • Optional, if desired.
