  1. Tell me about yourself.
    --Focus on information that highlights the education and/or past jobs that have prepared you for this position.
    --Be prepared to discuss key accomplishments, prior positions that have prepared you for this position, and why this position fits your career growth/aspirations. (Keep your answer under two minutes).
  2. Tell me about a challenge you faced in your career and how you handled it.
  3. Why did you leave your last job? (If currently employed) or Why are you considering leaving your current company?
  4. What is your greatest weakness?
    --We recommend selecting a weakness that is skill-based, such as being unfamiliar with Slack or Teams.
  5. Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
  6. Tell me about a time you failed.
    --Share a real failure.
    --Describe the situation and what went wrong.
    --Show how you handled the situation and what you learned.
    --Provide a concise, clear story.
  7. How do you make difficult decisions? Tell us about one: how did you handle it and what did you decide?
  8. Tell me about your greatest achievement?
  9. How would you describe yourself?
    --Provide a short response with 2 or 3 key descriptions of your work or leadership.
  10. What interested you about this position and our company?
